Service Design School will provide you with a dependable, repeatable framework you can use to identify your area of focus for your biggest leverage moves forward. You will be able to use what you learn in SDS for years to come as your service offerings evolve.

A note: I redesigned my own service offers in my own established & very successful business this past summer, and using this exact framework has helped me prevent overwhelm while ensuring that the new set up is in line with my own energetics, changing needs, and the needs of my clients. So yes, this framework will grow with you as your biz evolves.

Look, let me be honest with you: No one can do the work for you. The best strategy, the most foolproof formula and the most effective tools (which you will all get in SDS) won’t make a difference if you’re not willing to do the work of applying them in your business. If you’re looking to get the results without doing the work, then I’m sorry to say that Service Design School is probably not for you.

Having said that, you will have access to all materials for a full year which is plenty of time to go through the content and integrate the learnings. Also, I’ve designed for preventing overwhelm by releasing the modules weekly over five weeks (with one week in the middle for Deep Work & implementation) so you’ll get the content delivered in bite-size chunks.

To be completely honest with you, I don't think anyone can guarantee that. As with anything, your results will be dependent on different factors, such as your experience and skill in your chosen profession, and the effort you are putting into applying the course content. Therefore we cannot guarantee success. Crafting truly valuable services takes time and dedication; Service Design School will provide you with the tools you will need to achieve this result.

+ 📽️ Wait, is this for Projectors only, though?

Nope! Service Design School is not a Human Design course and will benefit all Human Design types.

+ 🔓 Will I have 1:1 access to Nadia?

No, Service Design School – the Self Study Edition does not include 1:1 support.

+ 🔍 What's the difference between SDS and working with you 1:1?

Great question! SDS is a strategy offering (with some capacity components), so it's about learning proven formulas and framework and applying them to your business. While I do offer 1:1 strategy work, I will say that most of my 1:1 clients have taken Service Design School, so when we meet for our sessions it's more about the practical application for their business and unique circumstances rather than me teaching in a 1:1 format (there are 30+ video lessons in SDS, so that would take way too many 1:1 sessions to cover).

+ ⏲️ How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to all materials for one year – plenty of time to learn and implement, and become fluent in the language of Service Design.

+ 💳 What about refunds?

We put a lot of effort into being clear and transparent about what you can expect from Service Design School. Because this is a digital offering that will be accessible once the course begins, we do not offer refunds, and we thank you for your understanding. + ❓ How will I learn in SDS?

Over the course of five weeks, we will release four modules (with an implementation week in the middle to implement). Each module is broken down into smaller video lessons. In addition, you will get bonus materials, tools and downloadable templates, worksheets and resources.

We also want to give you a leg up in the subtle realm, so each week’s module is accompanied by a capacity practice to clear limiting programming. Meet your teacher

Hi! It me, Nadia Gabrielle.

After pursuing a degree in an interdisciplinary field that merges business, tech and design, I now work at the intersection of business and well-being. This allows me to draw from my background in Design Thinking, Service Design & New Product Development, and Business strategy as well as my 12 years of experience working in the creative & well-being space internationally.

The two pillars of my work are conscious strategy and subconscious capacity. In my experience, we need both solid strategy and subconscious capacity to succeed and to build profitable businesses with longevity.

Service Design School is a conscious, sound strategy curriculum (with a bit of capacity work mixed in). It condenses everything I’ve learned studying with some of the top Service Designers and Design Thinking teachers in the world, and incorporates my experience and unique behind-the-scenes insight my 1:1 client work affords me into service-based businesses in the well-being, the self-development and in the creative space.
